By submitting a registration for the Conference, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. In the rare event that your registration does not meet the admission requirements, we reserve the right to change or refund your registration.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your registration or transfer it to another person, please email [email protected] before 31 May 2026 and we will get in touch with you.
You are responsible for arranging your own visas, travel insurance, air tickets, accommodation, and any other travel-related expenses. We recommend making these arrangements only after your registration has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to change, delay, reschedule, or cancel any published event details and have the final decision on all matters relating to the Conference. Where changes occur, we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time.
We are committed to planning and running the Conference with care, responsibility, and consideration for your safety and well-being. However, some situations may be beyond our reasonable control, such as public health requirements, transport delays, or services provided by third parties.

If you breach the Conference rules and guidelines or act carelessly and this causes loss, damage, or expense to us (for example, damage to property or equipment), you agree to cover those costs, including any reasonable expenses such as legal fees. This applies to us as well as our employees and volunteers.
(d) You understand that you participate in the Conference at your own discretion and responsibility. While we take reasonable steps to run the Conference safely, we are not responsible for any accidents, illness, or unexpected incidents that may occur, except where the law requires otherwise.
